Ranjani Sivakumar, is a classical musician whose music draws appreciation for its aesthetics, quality of voice, finely calibrated style and a truthful expression. She believes that ‘Breadth adds as much zest to life as does depth’. She has sung a few soulful melodies for films and her collaborative projects through ‘raga and yoga’ - a detox for the five senses and ‘tana bana’- storytelling and music and has received a lot of appreciation for the same. She engages with children musically, through an outdoor camp called ‘Cast Away’. She also teaches at the Jiddu Krishnamurti School, Shibumi.
A former techie, she has also had the opportunity to combine her software skills and musical aptitude to work with Apple Inc. on their iTunes platform.
