Harshita Soni has many passions in life but the three that she spends most of her energy on are - environment, classical dance and yoga. She started her journey of yoga in 2011 with the intention of building more flexibility, stamina and strength as a dancer. Over the years, she has learnt the true healing powers of yoga and is very thrilled to share her experiences through teaching. She has a diploma from Telugu University in Kuchipudi and has been trained as Yoga Acharya in the Krishnamacharya tradition. She is very passionate about studying ancient Indian texts and likes to incorporate healing chants from the Vedas in her asana and pranayama practice. She believes in yoga beyond just asana as each sutra gives us an opportunity for self-reflection, to understand ourselves better and realise our true potential.
